I'm sorry to say that as a guest my feedback is not good. I know everyone would like to say that their RPG's is a strickly no stealing site, however it comes to be that some members to not know the difference between permission and stealing. There is a member of this RPG who has stolen a pic. I'm not sure whether she has said it was her own or not. But they have been taken without permission and i am sad to say you did not get away with it.
I don't know why people do this and frankly i don't care, i am not the owner of these pictures but one of my good friends is. How dissapointing is it for an RPG which obviously has potential such as this, to find one of their members stealing pictures. It is a low and downright childish thing to do. Those who make pictures on this forum will understand how attached you are to our artwork, how would you feel if someone went to the levels of stealing what you had stroved so hard to complete? I will not say who lead us to find out about this scam, but frankly i admire the fact they have the guts to tell us. The owner did not give permission for whoever this member is to use them!
Not only this but whoever ripped off these pictures has completly trashed them. Making Kiore a stallion when on her picture it clearly states she is a mare. The line of the poem 'I'm not your average mare' why the hell would she put that on their if it was a stallion who the character was. I ask you, are you f**king blind? Or just so caught up with finding a picture of that good quality that you forget to find the deatils. The tell tail signs that you are a blind looser who cannot read for s***? The picture you use for your character Utopia is so obviously stolen, that i would feel sorry for you had i not been so angry and frankly pissed off you would do such a thing. It clearly has written on it UTOPIA STUDIOS. What the hell kind of person would use this for a picture with that on it? It was made for a studio, only someone who is so low and desperate for a picture would dare steal it. You my friend should go to hell, or atleast find the time to learn how to make pictures yourself. Keep doing this and make note i will know you did it, and i will make sure everybody knows what a lying and cheating theif you are.
Now as to what i want. That is simple, i want the pictures of these characters to be taken down and also for the stolen characters themselves to be banned from this site and from this persons use. I want this person to write and apology notice to my friend. Being scinsere. And for the last one, and i know i cannot expect this to be seen to. I want to ban this persons ass. Stealing is wrong, and this person should get that through their tiny little mind. I will be keeping an eye on this thread so if something does happen then please post here. Also is Darq Defiance would be so kind as to reply here. I would be delighted to here your side of this story. In fact it would be most intriguing.

In the recent light of events, I would like to make a statement on behalf on the Clearwater Creek staff. I am not happy about what has gone on in the last few days. Not happy at all. Clearly, the player involved did not seem to care that this is a relitavely new site, and we do not - repeat, do not - need this sort of thing. I would like to extend my full apologies to Alex, whoses pictures were stolen by Darq Defiance. I will not repeat things that have already been said, ( http://admin1029.proboards86.com/index.c....76291699&page=1 ) but I will say this: If this happens again, there will be serious consequnenses for all involved. Darq, you are epected to write a full apology, and send it to Alex. You will not be allowed back on the site until this is done. The pictures have been taken down, and we also have good reason to belive that you stole pictures on another site. Want proof? Ok; here is Alex's veiw, when I told her about the theif and showed her the post: "Okay, so I did a bit more 'detective-Alex' and found he stole Kiore's name. Also that he is a he, an 18 year old he, as his profile states, though it could be a lie. -rolls eyes- Really, would an eighteen year old stoop that low? Also, I believe this is the same person from Heavens Valley who stole my pictures - for their profile also reveals that their username is 'coalpepper' and the name of the photobucket account that hosted my stolen pictures was 'coalpepper' ... -sighs- I wanna bring this b****/b****** down."
Pretttty darn low, huh? Even worse, we also see that a charrie has been stolen. I'm only gonna say this One.More.Time. That is low. That is so, so low. It makes me e x t r e m e l y angry. Not only because Alex is an amazing person, and an even more amazing graphics maker. It's because this person obviously cannot even be bothered to use their imagination and make up their own character. Hey, the rest of us can. Why can't you Darq? And, as Zel said before; can you even read? Because, if you could, you would see that; you have used a mare's pic for a stallion, and a banner for a site for another charrie! It is truly disgraceful.
And here at CWC, we won't tolerate it. End of. If it happens again, you will be deleted, and you won't be allowed back on. E v e r. I suggest you don't try to pull that trick again, because unlike you, we have brains. Yes, we do.
And one last thing. I've seen you on the C-box. Don't give me all that 'Why am I banned' c**p. I'm not dumb, like you obviously are. We have proof. Solid, undeniable proof. Got that? I sure hope so. For your sake.

Umm guys I can understand all of that, stelaing pics and charries are not something you would stoop to do when you could simply aks someoen to make you a pic., but look at the c-box.
