Midnight had managed to get a spying glass. She had been watching the mares at the cave. When they went inside, she cursed and kicked a palm tree, shaking the pitch black leaves. But she had discovered some interesting information...Maybe this Shan horse would enjoy that information...Midnight grinned evilly.

She's coming....

Daggers stalked across the charred sands, cursing beneath her breath at her stupidity. She had known the healer was powerful, but she had foolishly underestimated her. Cord swished, impatient for them to leave the sanctum into which they had retreated. But perhaps there was another way in...Yes, that would do. A separate entrance.
Orbs detected another presence, as the foliage rustled. Scanning the shoreline, she spotted another bodice, lucid as herself, clutching a spyglass, and looking rather smug.
Greetings. You are of dark alliance, like myself. I think you have some information for me?
She questioned, as she searched the beast's memories. Yes, Willow had come to the cave for assistance. She tutted. Dear me, and I thought she was intelligent, she mused, chuckling as she rifled through the faya's brain cells. She frowned. Maybe this mare could be of some use to her after all. Little use, but a help nonetheless.
But no doubt she would need disposing of sooner or later, like most of the blabber-mouthed equines that walked this island. She shuddered, remembering why she had been banished here. But that was in the past, and soon her plans would be back on track...

...So look out...

Midnight sensed the dark mare searching her brain. She allowed the mare, presumably Shan, to think she was unintelligent. She almost laughed at the thought.She had long since learned to protect her mind from searchs.
"You will not find the information you seek unless you ask me, Shan." Said Midnight. I will give it to you in return for your alliance. Deal?"
